    First Show Hidden Files and folders:

    Windows Vista/7

    1.Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.

    2. Click the View tab.

    3. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then click OK.

    Windows XP

    Access Windows Explorer, click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Explorer.

    1. On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.

    2. Click the View tab.

    3. Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.


    Vista or Windows 7 user:

    Delete c:\users\your windows username\appdata\roaming\Macromedia\

    XP user:

    Delete c:\Documents and Settings\your windows username\Application Data\Macromedia\

    Mac OSX user:

    Delete user -> library -> preferences -> macromedia


    CLEAR CACHE

    Internet Explorer 8 (IE8):
    Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset… > Check Delete Personal Settings > Click Reset > CLick Close > Restart IE

    Firefox:
    Tools > Clear Recent History…> Select Everything from the drop down box > Click arrow next to details and check all boxes > Restart Firefox.

    Google Chrome:
    Click on the wrench in the upper right hand corner
    Click Under the Hood tab
    Click Clear browsing data… button
    Check all boxes
    Select everything from drop down
    Click Clear browsing data
    Click Close
    Restart Chrome

    Safari:
    Click the gear – Display settings in upper right hand corner.
    Click Reset Safari
    All boxes should be checked.
    Click Reset
    Restart Safari

    RESTART BROWSER AND SIGN UP FOR A NEW STICKAM ACCOUNT.
    DO NOT TRY LOGGING INTO THE ACCOUNT THAT WAS BANNED OR YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN.
